These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of website design and management services from Serra Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
We offer the following service tiers:
For the Website Design + Full Stack Management package:
The one-time design fee is non-refundable. This fee covers custom work performed specifically for you, and no refunds will be issued once payment is collected.
Monthly management fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Annual plans are non-refundable. The annual rate reflects a discounted price in exchange for a full-year commitment. If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the paid period, no cash refund will be issued. However, your remaining balance will be converted to a Serra Studio site credit, which you may apply toward any future service (redesign, new pages, integrations, or other work). Credits have no expiration date.
You may cancel your monthly management subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to the address listed in Section 10. Your service will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
For annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid annual period. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, but remaining months convert to a site credit as described in Section 3.
Cancellation does not affect your ownership of the website files delivered to you.
Website designs are delivered digitally. Delivery timeframe will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but delays caused by client non-response or late provision of required materials are not our responsibility.
After your deposit is received, you have 14 days to deliver all required content (photos, copy, logo, and any other materials needed to build your site). If content is not delivered within 14 days, the remaining balance becomes due in full regardless of project status.
Projects that remain inactive for 30 or more days due to missing client content will be placed on hold. Reactivation requires a $75 reactivation fee before work resumes. Serra Studio is not responsible for project delays caused by late content delivery.

Our total liability for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
